Tier 1/2 Helpdesk Support

The Tier 1-2 members of our technical team perform the following activities:

✔ Providing instant solutions to the problems of the customers via chat or email.
✔ Providing detailed information and briefing about the product, service and other related things to the customer in an understandable manner.
✔ Efficiently automating maintenance activities.
✔ Resolving technical issues quickly by maintaining effective co-ordination with the engineers.
✔ Looking after the maintenance of the IT infrastructure.
✔ Directing tickets along-with detailed notes to their respective departments.


Tier 3 Helpdesk Support

The tier 3 members of our technical team carry out the following activities:

✔ Handling the escalated ticket and fixing them as per the rules and requirement of Service Level Agreement(SLA).
✔ Ensuring application environment's integrity, safety and security by carrying out an efficient system administration.
✔ Backing up the database and projects to ensure the safety and availability of useful data information.
✔ Writing effective scripts to ensure server's high performance, the security of the data and it's health. Upgrading existing environments for their betterment.
✔ To ensure high quality performance from the servers and databases and the smooth functioning of the applications.
✔ Performing Server Performance Optimization.
